We will start, with a self-awareness exercise using guided reflection clearer understanding of aundermining aspects that you might need to address.
a completely new perspective, a greater awareness and the ability to make clearer decisions based on listening to your intuition and trusting your intuitive promptings.
Take control of your inner world
You will learn how the vegus nerve, sympathetic and parasympathetic central nervous systems affect your thinking and how, by taking control, you will develop greater self-belief and self-worth. As a result you will be more independent and less susceptible to other people’s, and your own, negative thoughts and opinions.
Trusting your intuition
This module will demonstrate how to tune your mind and body into an instrument for accessing your intuition as a higher faculty of your intelligence.
This will be achieved by guided exercises with John, using imagination, effective breathing and tried and proven meditation techniques for calming and stilling your mind
The highs and lows of love and fear
In this module, you will learn to identify the thought processes that deplete your energy and are the source of your highs and lows.
Recognising how these affect and undermine your life, can result in a healthier, happier and more balanced lifestyle.
Manage your emotional responses
Discover how to lift the lid off your beliefs systems and examine what triggers your emotional responses and victim consciousness. Through a 9-step process of analysis, you will be more aware of how to make conscious choices over your emotional responses.
Learn the language of your dreams
Understand the importance and significance of the language of dreams and why they are often symbolic and even, at times, prophetic. By establishing a dream journal for recording your dreams, you can benefit from continual learning, through your deeper subconscious while you sleep. You will appreciate how dreams can help you to become more conscious of the teachings in your dream state and their important relationship to your everyday life.
The experience of change
You will discover 7 keys to transformation by sensing the seven primary centres of vitality in your body, known in eastern traditions as chakras.
We will examine and practice these seven steps that can help you to produce fundamental change in yourself and your life.
Identifying your true self
Through making a list of people of influence who you most admire, you will take note of the characters that come into your life on a daily basis. And by considering your interaction with them you will learn more about yourself, your involvement in the process of development of your own character and its deeper meaning.
Reflect on your progress
This module is an opportunity to have an overview of your progression and what you have learned in the course so far. You will be able to consider your strengths and weaknesses, in your everyday application of the tools and techniques you are learning to master through these modules.
Apply what you have learned
In this module, you will create a clear plan of the way ahead and the disciplines you need to keep applying to achieve your goals. You will progressively master more of yourself and your environment as you learn to manage change and create on-going support systems to help you maintain your progress.

A wonderful session with John Christian. His bright and positive energy was uplifting and encouraging. The breathing exercises were a reminder of how easy it is to meditate through breath and how clear and bright the mind and body feel afterwards. He reminded us of the importance of our intuition and through his music and voice, touched an emotional core - bringing to the forefront truths that are easily ignored or buried.
